Cancellation Policy In the event you voluntarily cancel participation, up to seven days prior to the start of the first program – you are then eligible to request for a full refund of the amount paid less a deduction of twenty percent towards processing and cancellation charges. Reimbursements Transformational Coaching 17 And in case its six days or less prior to the start of the first program you may request a refund for a maximum of fifty percent of the registration fees. Or you may if you could, transfer your full registration to another eligible student up to three days prior to the start of the first session. Transferring to a different class before starting would be based on corresponding seat availability.
